My approach to consulting is to seek to understand, and then to empower.  Most of us carry the answers inside of us, but many of us need permission to use our voice.  I am honored to have had the chance to work with nurses, doctors, and leaders in hospitals around the world to support their desire to improve care.  As a health care consultant and coach, it is my privilege to continue that work.
